Delete your Lumi account

Lumi is published by Cento Studios LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Lumi and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail contact@centostudios.com with the subject "Delete my Lumi account" from the e-mail address you signed in with. We complete requests within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

Your profile, e-mail address, favorites, watchlist, ratings, notifications, daily usage counters, Pair Mode records and your sign-in identity. Nothing is kept except records we are legally required to retain (for example purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Lumi hesabını sil

Uygulamada Profil > Hesabı sil adımını izle, ya da giriş yaptığın e-posta adresinden contact@centostudios.com adresine "Delete my Lumi account" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Profilin, e-postan, listelerin, puanların, bildirimlerin, kullanım sayaçların, Pair Mode kayıtların ve giriş kimliğin silinir. Mağaza aboneliğini App Store veya Google Play ayarlarından ayrıca iptal etmelisin.
